Refunds & Cancellations
All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. We don't anticipate or plan on canceling any of the concerts and hope to run rain or shine. If in the unfortunate event that a concert is canceled, we can provide a receipt of a tax-deductible donation. Cancellation decisions are at the sole discretion of the Lake Tahoe Music Festival. Thank you for your understanding that if a concert is canceled, expenses have still been incurred.
Ticket Donations & Unused Tickets
Unused tickets may be donated to the Festival for a tax-deductible contribution up to three days prior to the performance. Unused tickets donated after a performance are not eligible for a tax-deduction. To receive a tax-deductible recepit, call the Festival Office, 530.583.3101
Lost & Stolen Tickets
Lost or stolen tickets may be replaced up to two days prior to the concert date. Please contact the Northstar-at-Tahoe Season Pass and Tickets Office ar 530.562.2267, or stop by in person. Lost or stolen tickets will automatically become invalid upon issuance of replacement tickets. The Season Pass & Tickets Office is located in the Village at Northstar by the Skating Rink.
All performances are rain or shine.
