Individual Giving

Individual donors are vital to the festival providing ongoing support and funding for a variety of educational outreach programs. Donor dollars are used to purchase musical instruments for aspiring student musicians, provide student scholarships for college and band camp and support our annual programs educational programs including the Orchestra Academy.

Signature Giving Levels

All signature donors receive: 

• Sponsorship of one concert
• Sponsor signage at sponsored concert                          
• Sponsorship name on concert page of program 
• Priority seating - All concerts with chairs set up and reserved in your name 
• Reserved parking (first come /first serve) 
• Presale ticket announcement - reserve tickets prior to "on sale" to public 
• Picnic for 4 at sponsored concert 
• Purchase up to 10 additional tickets per show at a 10% discount and have your guests sit in priority seating 
• Advance invitation to the Opening Gala with option to reserve table of 10, purchasing additional tickets
• Board /staff Concierge Service
• Open invitation to Orchestra Academy rehearsals (July 19 – 29, 2010)

Maestro Patron ($15,000)
In addition to the Siganture Giving benefits above, patrons receive the following:

• 10 Opening Gala Tickets - Table for 10 reserved (RSVP required)
• 10 Preferred tickets to each concert 
• Invitation for 6 to the private Benefactor Concert 
• Meet & Greet with Artist for 6 at sponsored concert (if available)

Aficionado Patron ($10,000)
In addition to the benefits above, patrons receive the following:

• 8 Opening Gala Tickets - (RSVP required) 
• 8 Preferred tickets to each concert 
• Invitation for 4 to the private Benefactor Concert 
• Meet & Greet with Artist for 4 at sponsored concert (if available)

Benefactor Patron ($5,000)
In addition to the benefits above, patrons receive the following:

• 4 Opening Gala Tickets - (RSVP required) 
• 4 Preferred tickets to each concert 
• Invitation for 4 to the private Benefactor Concert 
• Meet & Greet with Artist for 2 at sponsored concert (if available) 

Premium Giving Levels

All premium donors receive: 

• 2 Preferred tickets to each concert 
• 2 Opening Gala Tickets (RSVP required) 
• Invitation for 2 to the private Benefactor Concert 
• Reserved parking (first come /first serve) 
• Grateful acknowledgement in the 2010 program

Concertmaster Patron ($2,500+)
In addition to the benefits above, patrons receive the following:

• Priority Seating at all concerts with chairs set up and reserved in your name and held until 15 minutes prior to start of concert 
• Board /staff Concierge Service 
• Advance invitation to Opening Gala 

Festival Patron ($1,500+)
In addition to the benefits above, patrons receive the following:

• Priority Seating with 2 chairs reserved in your name for pickup until 15 minutes prior to start of concert

General Giving Levels

Musician Donor ($1,000+)

• 2 General tickets to each concert, excluding the Opening Gala 
• 2 chairs reserved in your name for your pickup until 30 minutes prior to start of concert 
• Invitation for 2 to the private Benefactor Concert 
• Grateful acknowledgement in the 2010 program

Principal Donor ($500+)

• 4 General tickets to one concert of choice, excluding the Opening Gala 
• Grateful acknowledgement in the 2010 program

Supporting Donor ($25 - $499)

• Grateful acknowledgement in the 2010 program

Orchestra Academy Resident Sponsorship 

Resident Sponsor ($1,000+)

• Your Donation will assist in costs associated with 10 days of lodging and rehearsal space, includes 10 breakfasts and 5 dinners. 
• 2 Preferred tickets to "Broadways Best with Debbie Gravitte" and "Simply Sinatra with Steve Lippia" concerts with priority seating
• 2  - Reserved seating tickets to each "Strictly Classical" events
• Sponsor name on banner at "Strictly Classical" events. 
• Grateful acknowledgement in the 2010 program

In addition, many corporations have "Matching Gift" programs. Ask your employer and they may be willing to match your support. 

• If for any reason you cannot use your donor benefit tickets, they may be donated for resale, if possible, and you may claim their amount on your taxes. This is applicable to tickets only. 
• Event tickets and merchandise accepted as benefits lower the tax deductible amount of your donation by the value of the tickets and merchandise based on IRS regulations. 
• Benefits listed are inclusive of a single concert year.
