Sponsorship of the Lake Tahoe Music Festival is more than an investment in music education, it’s an investment in your company’s marketing plan. Packages range from our corporate underwriters to corporate concert sponsorship and can include benefits such as promotional booths at sponsored events, festival program advertising, preferred seating and Opening Gala tickets, logo placement in a variety of locations and artist meet and greet opportunities.

Our Audience

Our 2009 attendee survey shows that our festival reaches an exclusive audience and one of the most sought after in the region.

  • 70% of our attendees are part- or full-time residents of the Lake Tahoe area
  • 61% have annual incomes of over $100,000
  • 34% over $150,000
  • 93% are age 45+
  • 73% have Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 88% stayed in Truckee, West and North Shore
  • 56% attended 2 or more concerts in 2009

  • Your logo on our festival poster (250 printed; distributed throughout the North Shore including Incline, Truckee and West Shore, South Shore and Reno) 
  • Your logo on all tickets (10,000 minimum) 
  • Your logo on our e-mail newsletter blasts (4,000 plus addresses; 20 blasts minimum) 
  • Reserved Parking (on a first come, first serve basis) 
  • Meet and Greet Artist at your sponsored concert (if available) 
  • Up to 10 additional tickets available at a 10% discount for night of sponsored event

 

$20,000+ Corporate Underwriter Level

$15,000 Corporate Concert Sponsor, valued at more than $29,000

In addition to standard benefits, also includes:

  • 3 - 10 X 10 Promotional booth, one at your sponsored event and 2 other concerts 
  • Half page ad in the festival program (5,000 printed; ad size may be increased for an additional cost) 
  • $2,500 worth or credit for airtime on Sacramento's Capital Public Radio (KXJZ and KXPR)
  • 10 Preferred tickets to each of the concerts with reserved seating, including the Opening Gala 
  • Invitation for 8 private Benefactors Concert

$10,000 Corporate Concert Sponsor, valued at more than $24,000

In addition to standard benefits, also includes:

  • 2 - 10 X 10 Promotional booth, one at your sponsored event and 1 other concert
  • Half page ad in the festival program (5,000 printed; ad size may be increased for an additional cost) 
  • $1,000 worth or credit of airtime on Sacramento's Capital Public Radio (KXJZ and KXPR)

  • Invitation for 6 to private Benefactors Concert 

$5,000 Corporate Concert Sponsor, valued at more than $19,000
