Opening Night Gala – Thursday, July 14

Once again the festive Opening Night Gala will be held at Brushwood, on Lake Tahoe’s west shore. This year’s theme will be GREASE…a blast from the past!  The late afternoon event – 4:00PM - includes complimentary champagne and wine during Silent Bidding for at least 20 special events to occur during the year….dinners at private homes, special hiking and boating excursions and other creative occasions.  To obtain a list of these unusual opportunities, please email your request to info@tahoemusic.org.

Moody’s Catering will again produce a wonderful sit-down dinner, followed by a Live Auction and then a fun, high energy show with room to dance!

Tickets for this event are $175 each and can be reserved by mailing a check to Lake Tahoe Music Festival, P.O. Box 7, Truckee, CA 96160.  For further information and to reserve Gala tickets by Credit Card, please call 530 583 3101.  Leave your name and phone number clearly on the message center.  For those wishing to participate as a donor, tickets to all events – Gala, three concerts at the Village at Northstar and the Benefactor Concert at Martis Camp -  start at $1500 for two.  Please email or call for further information about our corporate and individual donor/sponsor packages.

Benefactor's Concert – August 20

We are pleased to announce that Martis Camp is once again inviting our Donors to attend a special concert at The Barn on Saturday evening, August 20. 

This year’s entertainer is well known Country singer, Josh Kelley.  Festivities include wine and hors d’oeuvres with this fabulous concert to follow.  

Lawn chair seating will be provided, and invitations will be sent to our $500 and up 2011 Donors.
