Volunteer
The time has come for the 29th annual Lake Tahoe Music Festival summer concert series. We are excited about this year and our great musical offerings. This summer we have 3 concerts, all taking place in the Village at Northstar – Blues Traveler on July 21st, Colbie Caillat on August 4th and Michael Bolton on August 25th. As you all know, these concerts could not happen with out your dedication and support. So once again we ask for your assistance in keeping this Lake Tahoe music tradition alive by donating your time to volunteer at the performances.
All performances will begin at 7pm with the doors opening at 4:30pm for donors and sponsors and 5pm for the public. Volunteers will be asked to arrive prior to door openings and will work until the end of the concert, approximately 9pm. All volunteers must be 18 or over in age to participate.
This year, as a thank you, all volunteers will receive a ticket to the August 27th Northstar at Tahoe Wine Walk. The wine walk takes place on Saturday afternoon from 2:30pm to 5:30pm in the Village at Northstar. It will feature 6 varietals of Ferrari-Carano wines along with tastings from a few other vineyards. All Wine Walk participants will receive a commemorative Village at Northstar wine glass and can enjoy a sampling of small snacks throughout the afternoon. Volunteers under 21 will receive a Northstar at Tahoe T-shirt from the Northstar Logo Co.
Below is a summary of volunteer positions and duties. We would love to accommodate volunteers to be in positions that they are interested in but please understand this is not always possible. Please be flexible with us!
Please visit http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22CNCBHJ49U/, and fill out your information. We will then correspond with those of you who can help out this year with specifics regarding the night/nights you can work.
Thank you again! We couldn’t do it without you!
Sincerley,
