Thank you for supporting the Lake Tahoe Music Festival.  All donors will receive a letter to verify your donation and to act as a receipt for your records.  The letter will inform you of the amount eligible as a deduction for Federal income tax purposes.  Event tickets and merchandise accepted as benefits lower the tax deductable amount of your donation by the value of the tickets and merchandise based on the IRS regulations.

Unused Tickets

Unused tickets may be donated to the festival for a tax-deductable contribution up to 3 days prior to the performance.  Unused tickets that are returned after the performance are not eligible for a tax-deductable contribution.  To receive a tax-deductible receipt, call the festival office at 530-583-3101. 

"Matching Gift" Programs

In addition, many corporations have “Matching Gift” programs.  Ask your employer if they may be willing to match your support.
